I started working for the Last Mile Education Fund in a data consulting role since 2025. I am currently working on a collaborative mixed methods analysis of the role that low-barrier scholarship support has in shaping the academic and professional trajectories of students nearing the completion of STEM and technology-focused degree programs. This project leverages individual applicant, internal award, follow-up survey, and LinkedIn employment and education data to examine success predictors and longitudinal education and career outcomes and pathways of students who were granted scholarship support by the Last Mile Education Fund between 2020 and 2025. Two of the primary goals of this project are to develop a better understanding of the effectiveness of back-end scholarship intervention on degree completion and career placement and to identify the effectiveness of different financial intervention thresholds.

I co-developed a new sociology for professionals program for the Western on the Peninsulas campus. This 2+2 BA program is designed to serve the needs of multiple populations on the Washington peninsula that currently do not have access to hands on 4 year degree programs. In this roll I worked on the assessment of community partner organization needs, frameworks, and resources. I worked on the development of the program structure including multiple major pathways and modalities. I worked on the development and design of program curriculum, resources, accreditation, hiring criteria, and program launch needs.

I have worked with the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation in a data and program consulting role since 2019. In this roll I have worked on assessment of scholarship recipient outcomes and trajectories, assessment of internal program and advising effectiveness and impact, assessment of partner organization effectiveness, and assessment of internal survey instruments. I have developed new programming, mentoring strategies, and survey instruments. Additionally, I have facilitated workshops with staff around advising, qualitative note taking, and supporting the needs of Scholars. My most recent project in this capacity focused on assessing and analyzing food insecurity within the JKCF Scholar community - this work led the the development of an $80,000.00 Foundation funded campus hunger relief fund in the 2025-26 academic year.
